高校大学生法制教育刍议

On the Students'Legal Education in Higher School

大学生是国家的栋梁,未来的主人,在法治社会,具有基本的法律素养,是他们立足于社会的基本要件。然而,高校的法制教育课并未让大学生们真正懂法,传统的法制教育模式走到了非改不可的尽头。因此,加强对大学生的法制教育已不容忽视。本文将对我国高校法制教育的合理性改革予以探讨。

The university students will be the pillar and the master of the country in the future. In the legal society , acquiring the knowledge about the basic law is the basic requirement for them to live in the society. But , in the real life, there are many kinds of criminal phenomena continuously appearing among the university students. The legal education in higher school hasn＇ t made the higher students really understand the law. And the pattern of the traditional legal education has to be changed. So,we can＇ t ignore this question about strenghtening the university students＇ education in respect for the law. This paper will discuss the rational reform of the legal education in our country.
