不同添加剂对青贮饲料有氧稳定性的影响 被引量:44

摘要 二次发酵是饲料在青贮和取用过程中普遍存在的问题,并给畜牧业生产带来了严重的经济损失。化学及生物制剂能够有效地抑制青贮饲料中真菌的滋生,提高青贮饲料的有氧稳定性。从各类制剂的添加效果来看,化学制剂中的丙酸及其盐类的效果较好;而乳酸菌中异质发酵型乳酸菌的效果优于同质发酵型乳酸菌;丙酸菌虽然能有效地提高青贮饲料的有氧稳定性,但其在酸性环境下不适宜生长繁殖。
