摘要
人际交往能力是现代人必备的素质之一,而交际能力的培养越小抓越见成效。对于小学生,在语文教学中,有多种途径培养学生的人际交往能力:创设多种多样的交往情境,激活学生交往的心理倾向,提高学生能力;推行合作教学,在合作互动中培养学生交际能力;针对学生情绪障碍,塑造健康的人际交往心理。
The ability of interpersonal communication is a necessary diathesis of modem people. And the earlier its cultivation starts, the more fruitful the effort will be. In primary Chinese teaching, the development of pupils' social abilities can be made mainly by the following three approaches. We should create various kinds of social situations to inactivate the students' potential social psychology, introduce cooperative instruction to promote their cooperative abilities, and help students adjust emotional disorders to achieve healthy social personality.
