意象是诗歌语言的灵魂,也是赏析和翻译诗歌的关键因素。为了使译文读者和原文读者达到一致的、至少是类似的审美效果,原诗的意象应该尽量予以保留。关于如何处理文化色彩浓烈的意象,可以有三种解决方式:省略、注解及替代。

Image, viewed as ＂the soul of poems＂, is the key to the appreciation of poems and accordingly, the key to poetry translation. To achieve the same or similar effect, especially the emotional effect, in the target language, the images of the original poem should be preserved as many as possible. In dealing with images that have too strong a cultural color, the author puts forward three approaches： omission, annotation and substitution.
