摘要
本文研究了贵州短角直斑腿蝗(Stenocatantops m iststshenkoi)和长角直斑腿蝗(S.splendens)的核型和C带。结果显示:2种直斑腿蝗的染色体数目均为2n(♂)=22+xo=23,都属眷部着丝粒染色体,核型公式2n(♂)=23 t,NF=23,都属“4B”核型,都可按相对长度分成L、M、S 3组,都具着丝粒C带,但端带不是每种每条染色体都有,长角直斑腿蝗的异染色质总量(35.79%)比短角直斑腿蝗的(27.74%)多。
The kaxyotypes and c - banding patterns of Stenocatantops miststshenkoi and s. splendens were invertigated. The results showed that the chromosome number of both species are 2n(♂) =22 + xo =23 ,and they are all terminal chromosomes, and the karyotype formulae are 2n(♂) =2x =23t, NF =23,and they all belong to "4B" karyotype. According to the relative length they can be divided into three groups of L,M ,and S and they have all telecentric - c - banding, but not always terminal - c - banding. And the total amount of beterochromatin of S. splendens( 35.74% ) is more than that of s. miststshenkoi (27.74%).
