贵州高污染产业经济效益与环境效益的现状评价及预测研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文首先对高污染产业进行了界定,针对圈定的高污染产业行业,设计了综合评价指标体系,采用函数法,对贵州高污染产业的发展情况和全省环境质量作综合评价,得出贵州现正处于环境滞后型发展阶段。在此基础上,运用灰色动态模型GM(1,1),预测了未来15年贵州省高污染产业的总和指数变动情况。 ABSTRACT First of all, the paper defined high pollutive industry, and designed a series of index as criteria of comprehensive evaluation for selected high pollutive industries. Then it is possible to appraise comprehensively the development of Cuizhou high pollutive industries and the environmental quality of whole province by function approach with the index system as illustrated in this paper, And it showed that Guizhou is in environment -lagged evolutive state now. Finally, in this case the grey dynamic model(GM) is applied to predict the trends of total index of Guizhou high pollutive industries for future fifteen years.
