摘要
通过扫描电镜对来自不同产区的5个银杏雄株的花粉进行观测,发现不同雄株花粉表面的纹理、光滑程度、有无小孔和有无颗粒状突起存在差异。此外,不同雄株花粉粒的长度、宽度和长宽比均存在极显著差异,3个性状的变异系数分别为8.8%、10.6%和9.8%,广义遗传力分别为44.24%、38.4%和9.79%。
Scaning electron microscope (SEM) was applied to observe pollen shape of 5 male trees of Ginkgo from different locations. The results showed that pollens of 5 male trees were different in the surface texture, smoothness, pore andgranular protuberance. Additionally, different male trees had significant difference in pollen length, width and aspect ratio.Variation coefficients of three indexes were 8.84%, 10.59% and 9.8% respectively.The broad sense heritability of three indexes were 44.2%, 38.4% and 9.8% respectively.
