大学生心理健康教育是我国高等教育中面临的一个重要问题。思想政治理论课是我国高校德育教育的主渠道和主阵地。从思想政治理论课的教材建设、教学内容及教学方法的改革等方面探讨主渠道和主阵地在大学生心理健康教育中的重要作用,是我们探讨的核心问题。

College students ＇psychological health education is an important issue facing our higher education. Ideological and political course is the main channel and position in the moral education of institutions of higher learning. Therefore, we need to explore such the core issues as material construction of ideological and political course, renovation of teaching content and teaching method as well as the important role of the main channel in college students＇ psychological health education.
