摘要 提出了将多路复用技术应用于可变形反射镜控制的思想,并以实验验证了其可行性.结果显示,仅用一个高压放大器,对于12个执行器的可变形反射镜,最大镜面刷新频率可达700 Hz;此数据外推可知,对于20个执行器的可变形反射镜最大刷新频率可达400 Hz.而对于400个执行器的情况,若使用20个高压放大器,最大刷新频率仍为400 Hz.与传统控制方法相比,该系统具有低功耗、低成本的优点,可用于大型、超大型自适应光学系统中变形反射镜的控制. An idea of multiplexing control for deformable mirror and verified experimentally its feasibility is propcsed. Experimental results show that with only one high voltage amplifier the frame frequency could be as high as 700 Hz (full mirror update) without any observable dynamic aberrations. Extrapolation of data to a bigger DM will allow controlling a 20- channel mirror with frequency 400 Hz, using only one amplifier and a 400-channel mirror with frequency 400 Hz, using 20 amplifiers. Compared with traditional system, the new system has advantages such as low power dissipation, low cost, etc. The system can be applied to large and ultra-large adaptive optical systems.
