摘要
将平板式橡胶硫化机的动模板实体模型进行简化,依据材料力学的理论知识对简化后的模型进行弯矩和应力计算,并且通过电阻应变实测与理论计算结果进行对比。最后根据计算结果提出了合理的改进结构。这种研究方法对平板硫化机动模板设计起到了一定的参考作用。
This article presents a way to simplify the mockup of movable-plate of rubber plane vulcanization machine as a beam, then analyze it's bending moment and stress based on the knowledge of material mechanics, and compare the results with the strain road-test value. According to the strength computation results, an improved structure is put forward appropriatly. This study is useful to some extent for designing movable-plate of plane vulcanization machine.
