摘要 通过两年两地的田间试验和气相色谱分析,研究了嘧菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中的残留消解动态及最终残留量。结果表明,嘧菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中的消解半衰期分别为2.8~3.0 d、8.3~12.3 d,属于易降解、低残留的农药。在180~270 g(a.i).hm-2的施药水平下,施药3~4次,每次施药间隔期为7 d,施药后距采收间隔期为1、3、5、7 d,嘧菌酯在黄瓜中的残留量,南宁市为0.039 2~0.213 5 mg.kg-1,上海市为0.017 2~0.182 6 mg.kg-1;嘧菌酯在土壤中的残留量,南宁市为0.203 2~0.945 6 mg.kg-1,上海市为0.205~1.440 1 mg.kg-1。 In order to make up a standard for safe use of azoxystrobin on cucumber, a supervised trial experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics and final residues of azoxystrobin in cucumber and soil, respectively. The results showed that the half-lives of azoxystmbin in cucumber and soil were 2.8-3.0 days, 8.3-12.3 days, respectively. Cucumber plant was treated with three and four times and interval of 7 days at the dosage of 180 g(a.i).·kg^-1 and 270 g(a.i).·kg^-1 during the growing season of cucumber. The residue of azoxystrobin in cucumber was found to be in a range of 0.039 24-0.213 5 mg·kg^-1 in Nanning and in other range of 0.017 2-0.182 6 mg·kg^-1 in Shanghai, respectively while the residue of azoxystrobin in the tested soils were in a range of 0.203 2-0.945 6 mg·kg^-1 in Nanning and in other range of 0.205 0- 1.399 7 mg·kg^-1 in Shanghai, respectively, after the last application 1, 3, 5 and 7 days.
