摘要 用海藻酸钠包埋,对光合细菌进行固定化试验,考察固定化光合细菌对氧化乐果农药的降解。结果表明,光合细菌可以在浓度小于1.0 g.L-1的氧化乐果中正常生长,固定化光合细菌对氧化乐果的降解较非固定化有明显的提高,24 h降解率达63.02%,最终可达到90.79%。中间产物O,O,S-三甲基硫代磷酸酯的降解亦十分明显,避免了非固定化处理过程中期中间产物含量大幅提高的现象。激素的添加有利于光合细菌生长和氧化乐果的降解。 Degradation of omethoate, using sodium alginate immobilizing photosynthetic bacteria (PSB)was conducted in our test. The results showed that PSB could grow in concentration containing omethoate of below 1.0 g· L^-1, compared to control. The degradation of omethoate by immobilized PSB was found to be very effective. It has been discovered that the degradation rate was 63.02% after treatment with 24 h, then reached to 90.79% finally. And PSB was able to degrade o,o,s-trimethyl phosphorothioate, the main intermediate product during the degradation of omethoate. We have also found that adding certain amount of animal hormone could promote the growth of PSB and the degradation of the insecticide studied.
