摘要
论述了我国杀虫剂类POPs生产历史和使用状况,分析了我国杀虫剂类POPs的管理现状,指出了我国管理上存在的一些问题。针对我国杀虫剂类POPs管理上的不足,提出了几点建议,希望能帮助解决相关的问题,加强我国的履约能力。
China has signed the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants （POPs）. In order to fulfill convention and to eliminate POPs risk to human being and environment, it is necessary to strengthen POPs management for our country. The present paper outlines the production and usage history of the pesticide persistent organic pollutants （POPs）, and analyzes management status of pesticide POPs, and pointed out the shortage of pesticide POPs management system in our country. Based on such analysis, the authors put forward several suggestions to shortcoming of our country pesticide POPs management system, expecting that the suggestions can help to solve related problems and strengthen the fulfillment capability of our country to Stockholm Convention.
