前列泰片抗炎和抗菌作用的实验研究

The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of Qianlietai tablets

目的研究前列泰片的抗炎和抗菌作用。方法应用巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓炎症、角叉菜胶所致小鼠足跖炎症、小鼠棉球肉芽肿动物模型观察前列泰片的抗炎作用;应用金黄色葡萄球菌所致小鼠菌血症动物模型和不同浓度的前列泰片对变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑制作用情况观察前列泰片抗菌作用。结果前列泰片对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓炎症、角叉菜胶所致小鼠足跖炎症、小鼠棉球肉芽肿均有明显的抑制作用,而对白色念珠菌无抗菌作用。结论前列泰片具有明显的抗炎和对某些菌种的抗菌作用。

Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of Qianlietai tablets. Methods The effects of Qianlietai tablets on the inflammation in mouse ears caused by croton oil, the inflammation in mouse feet caused by carrageenin, and the cotton ball granuloma in mice were observed, the antibacterial effects of Qianlietai tablets on the bacteremia by staphylococcus and the inhibitory effects of different concentration of Qianlietai table on Proteus and Staphylococcus aurous and Escherichia and Candida albiccans were also studied. Results The results in experimental inflammation in mouse ears caused by croton oil, the inflammation in mouse feet caused by carrageenin, and the cotton ball granuloma in mice showed that Qianlietai tablet had remarkable anti-inflammation effects. It possessed obvious antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aurous and Proteus, it could also inhibit Escherichia coli growth, but it could not inhibit Candida albiccans growth; it could also reduce the mortality of bacteremia by Staphylococcus aurous. Conclusion Qianlietai tablets have the significant anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
