摘要 在解决生产过程中铝合金点焊质量难题时,发现铝合金电阻焊接头中存在一个疏松区,从而将电阻焊接头从外向内分为塑性环、承力致密区和疏松区;试验检查和分析了这3个区域的力学性能,以及焊接参数(电极直径、焊接时间、焊接电流和电极压力)对它们的影响。 While soluting the quality trouble of Al-alloy in resistance spot welding,a loose area is discovered in joint.Divides it into three areas, such as plastic area, strength area and loose area from extroversion, and tests and analyzes the mechanics properties of these areas, as well as the welding parameters which including electrode diameter, welding time ,welding current and electrode pressure to their influence.
