摘要 采用TMS320LF2407ADemo板为全桥移相零电压点焊逆变电路提供PWM驱动脉冲,利用软件编程对PWM方波脉冲的输出频率、移相角和死区时间进行灵活的设定和修改。通过分析TMS320LF2407A芯片产生PWM输出脉冲的原理,提出了通过固定T1CNT寄存器计数初始值,不断改变T3CNT寄存器初值,从而实现调节输出PWM方波移相角,并建立了输出电流变化值与移相角之间的计算公式。波形检测验证了该方法和计算公式的正确性。 In this paper,TMS320LF2407A Demo module is used to generate drive pulse for full-bridge zero-voltage spot-welding inverter circuit.The frequency,dephasing angle and delay time of the PWM pulse can be set and revised conveniently by a program. Based on the analysis of the principle to generate PWM output pulse by TMS320LF2407A DSP chip,a new idea that generates the dephasing angle of the PWM output square pulse by fixing the initial value of TICNT register and keep changing the initial value of T3CNT register is put forward,furthermore,the formula to calculate the output current's value changing with the phase-shifting angle is built.The new idea and the formula are verified by the experimental test.
