摘要
在正常焊接参数条件下,利用汉诺威焊接质量分析仪对钛钙型结构钢焊条进行测试分析,研究发现可以用短路电压和电流概率密度∑n(Us)、∑n(Is),短路时间∑N(T1)和变异系数ν(U)来分析判断钛钙型碳钢焊条工艺性,短路电压和电流概率密度的∑n(Us),∑n(Is),短路时间∑N(T1)和变异系数ν(U)值越小,焊条的工艺性就会越好。
ANALYSATOR HANNOVER is used to test and analyze lime titania type construction steel electrode in the normal welding condition.It is found that the performance of usability can be judged using probability density distribution of short-circuit voltage .∑n(Us),short-circuit current ∑n (Is) short-circuit time ∑n(T1) and coefficient of variation v (U).The short-circuit voltage ∑n (Us),short-circuit current ∑n(Is), short-circuit time ∑N(T1) and coefficient of variation v (U) is more small, and the better usability of covered electrodes.
