摘要
飞来峡水利枢纽是以防洪为主的大型水利工程,利用观测资料建立数学模型并确定安全监控指标,对于工程安全运行及防洪调度具有重要意义。叙述了混合模型建立的基本原理和方法。运用弹塑性理论,采用平面有限元计算模拟了蓄水过程,分析研究了飞来峡大坝18号坝段坝顶水平位移在各种可能水位组合情况下的变化规律,建立了坝顶水平位移与上下游水位的确定性关系模型,利用实测资料建立了该坝段坝顶水平位移的混合模型。经检验,模型质量较好。利用混合模型拟定了安全监控指标,并据此反演了该坝段混凝土弹性模量。所建立的安全监控指标和反演的坝体弹性模量可为枢纽工程安全运行及防洪调度提供重要依据。
Feilaixia hydro-project is a large-scaled hydraulic engineering for flood control. The observed data are used to establish mathematical model and determine safety-monitoring index, which has the vital significance regarding the project safe operation and the flood control. The principles and methodologies for a mixed model are depicted. The elastic-plastic theory and the plane finite element method are used to simulate the water storing process, and to analyze the change law of horizontal displacement of Feilaixia Section No. 18 with different water level combination. The relationship model between the dam crest horizontal displacement and the water levels of upstream and downstream has been established. Using observation data, the mixed model of the dam crest horizontal displacement is determined. Through test, the quality of the model established is verified, the safety-monitoring index has been determined, and the dam body elastic module is calculated according to the above results. The safety monitoring index and the dam body elastic module may provide the important gist for the project safety operation and the flood control.
