摘要
本文综述了海藻酸盐作为包埋法固定化细胞载体的应用研究,重点介绍了针对这种载体强度低、易分解的缺点进行的改性研究。
This article summarizes the application research about alginate used as a kind of carrier for embedding and solidifying cells,and emphasized to introduce the way improving of the shortcomings of carrier such as intensity was low, easy to decompose et al.
