摘要
目的探讨长期大剂量服用中药碘对大鼠睾丸组织细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用免疫组化方法观察中药碘对大鼠睾丸组织中睾酮的表达、bcl-xs/l基因表达、bcl-2基因表达的影响。结果大剂量中药碘使睾丸组织生精细胞数减少,睾丸组织中睾酮低表达,bcl-2基因低表达、bcl/xs基因高表达。结论大剂量中药碘使睾丸组织细胞凋亡加速。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of herbal iodine with long-term large dosage on the apoptosis in rat testicular tissue, METHODS To observe the influence of herbal iodine on testosterone expression,bcl-xs/1 gene expression, bcl-2 gene expression by means of immunochemistry. RESULTS The large dosage herbal iodine could desease the number of sperm cells,expression of bcl-2 gene,expression of testosterone,increase the expression of bcl-xs/1 gene in rat testicular tissue. CONCLUSION The large dosage herbal iodine could promote the apoptosis in testicular tissue.
