生白饮对白细胞减少症模型小鼠免疫和造血功能的影响

Effects of Traditional ShengBaiYin on Immune and Hematopoietic Function of Leukopenia Animal Model in Mice

目的观察中药复方生白饮口服液对小鼠免疫和造血功能的影响。方法用注射给予环磷酰胺的方法建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型后,生白饮灌胃给药15 d,观察外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、淋巴细胞转化指数、网织红细胞以及细胞肿瘤因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)指标的变化。结果与模型组比较,生白饮各剂量组均可促进小鼠外周血白细胞、网织红细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、淋巴细胞转化指数、TNF、IL-6活性指标的恢复及升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论生白饮口服液有显著改善机体免疫功能和刺激骨髓造血功能的作用。

Objective To study the effects of Shengbaiyin on functions of immune system and bone marrow in mice. Methods Leucopenia animal model was made by injection of cyclophosphamide. The shengbaiyin was administrated orally. The white blood celI（WBC） counts, retic- ulocyte count, the number of nucleated bone marrow cells（ NNBMC） ,T cell transformation indices（TCTI） ,activity of tumor necrosis factor（TNF） and interleukin-6（ IL-6） in blood of leucopenia mice on the 5th, 10th, 15st day after chemotherapy. Results WBC, reticulocyte count, NNBMC,TCTI reduced remarkable, activity of TNF, IL-6 in blood were decreased obviously. These hematopoiesis indexes and the activity of TNF, IL -6 increased after oral administration of Shengbaiyin 40 ,60 ,80g/kg. bw. Conclusion Shengbaiyin can significantly ameliorate immunological function and stimulate hematopoietic function in mice.
