竹节人参提取物对低氧模型小鼠的影响

摘要 目的观察竹节人参提取物对低氧模型小鼠的保护作用。方法分别采用异丙肾上腺素、亚硝酸钠、小鼠断头等方法制备低氧模型,观察竹节人参提取物对低氧小鼠耗氧量、存活时间和张口呼吸时间的影响。结果灌胃给予竹节人参提取物0.3mg/kg可降低异丙肾上腺素所致心肌低氧小鼠的耗氧量,延长低氧存活时间;增加离体鼠头的张口呼吸次数并延长呼吸维持时间。结论竹节人参提取物对异丙肾上腺素所致心肌低氧小鼠具有保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effects of Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer against hypoxic mice. Methods the hypoxic animal models were made by means of injecting isoprenaline or sodium nitrite or decapitation. The effects of Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer were observed by measuring the oxygen consumption, survival time and gasping time in hypoxic mice. Results When mice were intragastrically administered with Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer at the dose of 0.3 g/kg,the oxygen consumption was increased and the survival time was prolonged significantly in myocardial hypoxic mice induced by isoprenaline. The mouth - opening breath times of isolated head were increased by 31.2% in mice by decapitation. The increased survival time of hypoxic mice induced. Conclusion Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer shows remarkable protective effects on myocardial hypoxic mice induced by isoprenaline.
