摘要
目的观察凤鸣藤茶对小鼠低氧/复氧损伤的保护作用;方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、藤茶组(2.7g/kg、4.5 g/kg、9 g/kg 3个剂量组),喂养30 d,低氧/复氧处理后检测各组小鼠活性氧(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平;结果与对照组比,藤茶组GSH-PX、SOD的活性明显增强(P<0.01),ROS、MDA的含量降低(P<0.01);结论凤鸣藤茶能有效降低小鼠体内脂质过氧化水平,防止体内抗氧化酶受自由基诱导的氧化损伤,显著增强机体抗氧化能力。
Objective Observe influence of Feng Ming Ampelopsis grossedentata to hypoxia/ reoxygen injury of mice. Methods Kun Ming mice are divided into control group and Ampelopsis grossedentata group (2.7 g/kg · bw ;4.5 g/kg · bw ;9 g/kg · bw three dosage groups), feed 30 days,deal with hypoxia/reoxygen and compare SOD, ROS, MDA,ACP, GSH -PX of each group mice. ResultsCompare Ampelopsis grossedentata group with control group, the GSH - PX,SOD activity of Ampelopsis grossedentata group rise clearly( P 〈 0. 01 ), ROS,MDA have decrease obviously (P 〈0. 01 );Conclusion Feng Ming Ampelopsis can decrease lipid peroxidation in body of mice; Prevent oxidation injury to anti - oxidase in body induce by free radical, increase activity off anti- oxidation of human body.
