构建社会主义和谐社会,在很大程度上就是一个协调社会各阶层利益,整合社会资源,调处社会矛盾,维护社会稳定的过程。处在转型期的我国,各种社会矛盾凸显,不稳定因素增多。在这当中,重要的是要通过改革创新,建立健全不断调处矛盾和化解冲突的社会稳定预警机制。社会稳定预警机制包括网络信息收集报告系统、舆情事态调查分析系统、矛盾危机处理疏导系统。

Constructing socialist harmonious society, to a great extent, is to coordinates different social levels＇ interests, integrates social resources, adjusts and deals with the social contradictions, safeguards the social stability. Various kinds of social contradictions in the period of transition are prominent, and the destabilizing factors increase. So it is important to set up and amply early warning mechanism of social stability through reform and innovation so as to dissolve contradictions and conflicts.
