摘要
采用气相氨氧化法,在DN120号催化剂作用下,由3,4-二氯甲苯制备了3,4-二氯苯腈(DCBN)。考察了反应温度、物料摩尔比和进料量QV对反应的转化率、摩尔产率和选择性的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:反应温度400℃、物料摩尔比nDCT∶nNH3∶nair=1∶7∶30、进料量QV=0.6 mL.h-1。在此条件下,使用DN120号催化剂连续反应300 h,DCBN平均摩尔产率为85.3%。
A process for gas phase ammoxidation of 3,4-dichlorotoluene to prepare 3,4-dichlorobenzonitrile (DCBN) using DN120 catalyst was studied. The influence of reaction temperature, the molar ratio of materials and Qv of DCT upon the conversion of DCT, molar yield of DCBN and selectivity of DCBN were observed, respectively. The optimum reaction conditions were found that reaction temperature was 400℃, the molar ratio of nair to nDCT was 30, the molar ratio of nNH3 to nDCT was 7 and Qv of DCT was 0.6 mL · h^-1. Under such conditions,the even molar yield of DCBN could reach 85.3% with DN120 catalyst for 300 h.
