Reasons for and Characteristics of Rapid Development of Ethnic Chinese Enterprise Groups in Southeast Asia after World War Ⅱ

从东南亚总体经济成长环境和企业家个人行为等角度,解释20世纪60￣90年代东南亚华人企业集团快速发展的原因,认为东南亚华人企业集团在这一时间段快速发展,与华人经济成为当地民族经济主体所提供的环境契机及企业家个人人格特质、政治关系、社会关系相关。东南亚华人企业集团与世界其他地方华人企业集团相比,在发展上有以下特点:以血缘为纽带的家族式经营色彩;与官僚资本相结合的资本形态;以传统产业为主导;民间信用替代了契约。

The author explains the reasons for rapid development of ethnic Chinese enterprise groups in southeast Asia from 1960s to 1990s lie in local ethnic Chinese＇s economic situation, entrepreneur＇s personality, political and social relations in general economic growth surroundings. Compared with other ethnic Chinese enterprise groups worldwide, the groups in Southeast Asia possess such traits as household management characterized by consanguinity, capital mixed with bureaucracy, priority of traditional industry, and folk credit substituting contract.
