唐太宗李世民是中国封建社会历史上最有影响的皇帝之一。他既是唐王朝的开创者、巩固者和治理者,也是我国历史上著名的政治家。他在位期间,出现了“贞观之治”的盛世,究其“贞观之治”出现的原因,李世民的用人政策起了非常关键的作用。

Tang Taizong （Li Shimin）, 2nd emperor of the Tang Dynasty, was one of the most famous emperors in the feudal history of China.
