我国网络隐私权保护初探

在当今高科技条件下,网络隐私权引起广泛关注,各国保护网络隐私权的模式不外两种:行业自律模式和法律保护模式。我国对网络隐私权的保护存在明显疏漏,应明确隐私权为一项独立的人格权,制定专门的隐私权法对其实行全面保护。

Evcry nation has no more than two such protcctive patterns ：professional sclf-control pattern and legal protectivc pattern. Our country has evident negligences in protecting network pri2vacy. Therefore it isdefinite that network privacy is an independent personalityand that special privacy is an independent personality and that special privacy laws should be drawn up to trotect such rights thoroughly.
