论宋代武举选拔制度的利弊及对武举制度的影响

本文通过文献资料法,查阅大量资料,分析了宋代武举制度的利弊,以及对以后武举制度的影响。宋代的武举经历了从唐代继承而来的单纯“尚武”甚至自荐的灵活方式,到文武兼备突出以德、才为重以及后期的重文轻武的不合理倒置选拔标准。打破了封建社会根深蒂固的等级用人制度,为赵宋王朝选拔了一批为自己服务的武将人才。但由于封建社会固有的制度缺陷,使宋代的武举制度不可避免的也存在诸多的问题。但其在我国历史上正式确立了封建时期的武将选拔制度——武举制度。为以后的金、明、清时期的武将选拔制度,提供了很好的指导思想和进一步完善的现实蓝本。
