摘要
新一轮基础教育课程改革在少数民族地区推行过程中遇到了一些特殊问题,主要表现在:基础教育课程改革对民族地区的经济条件和文化背景缺乏关照;国家、地方政府与教育主管部门对课程改革的支持力度不够;民族教师对课程改革的积极性和主动性程度不高等。这些问题的出现影响了少数民族基础教育水平的提高,为解决这些问题,就必须采取一系列相应的措施,即:结合当地的经济文化背景实施基础教育课程改革;加大对少数民族地区的教育投资力度;鼓励教师参与课程的研究和开发等。
There many problems in the process of practicing the newly reform of fundamental education curriculum in minori ty nationality areas, it mainly shows that, the national curriculum has di dificulty in taking cue of the econemic and cultural background of minority notional ity, the help of our country the local government and the department of education managenent for the reform of fundameatai educstlog curriculun in these aress is insufficient,teachers' motivation and enthusiasm are not high etc.they affect the inprovenent of basic education serieusly.We must take sone action in order to solve these problems.So,we should take are reform of fundanental education curriculum in relation to the economic and cultural background of these areas,enlarge the investment,improve the tencher performance in part ic ipating in the funcamental education curriculum and so on.
