复羽叶栾树种子不同处理的发芽试验 被引量:4

摘要 用去除种皮、种皮提取液浸种、不同储藏方法等处理对复羽叶栾树种子进行了发芽试验。结果表明:种皮对复羽叶栾树种子的发芽率具有显著影响,去除内外种皮后,种子发芽率可达100%,而夹破外种皮以及不除去种皮的种子,其发芽率分别为62.4%和20.7%;种皮提取液对种子萌发没有影响;常温沙藏、低温沙藏、常温干藏和低温干藏4种储藏方式对种子的田间出苗率具有显著影响,出苗率分别为90.4%、88.1%、64.5%和55.4%。
