Based on the result of researching into the present status and development of the value of human resources both at home and abroad, this article makes comparison between the measuring methods of researches on the value of human resources both at home and the abroad, the inspirations are as following： The measurement of the value of the human resources should bear out the its contributions to the enterprise＇s efficiency ; Individuals becoming the labors of the enterprise should be the key symbol of the measurement; The methods of the measurement should include measuring mass value of the human labor resources as well as that of the sepa- rate individual＇s value of the human resources; The measurement should fully state the individual＇s differences of the human resources; The method of the measurement may combine the currency measurement with non-currency measurement.
