The teachers＇ professional loyalty has become one of the recent problems confronted in the managerial work on teachers. This article, by the way of analyzing the factors that affect the teachers＇ professional loyalty, put forward some measures to promote the level of the teachers＇ professional loyalty, namely, high attention should be put on the construction of the teachers＇ professional moral, raising the teachers＇ professional moral quality, adhering the principle of ＂regarding the individuals as foundation＂ to meet entirely the rational need of the teachers and persisting innovation in school management to carry out actively the managerial work on loyalty.
