考试制度是一项被现代国家普遍采用的选拔人才与社会考核的重要方式,几乎涉及社会生活的各个领域。但考试作弊也如影随形,无处不在,几成泛滥之势。考试作弊作为社会公害之一,已引起社会的普遍关注。考试作弊一日不除,社会的诚信基础与政府的公信力就难以树立。立法遏制考试作弊势在必行。

Existing in nearly all the social fields,examination is an important way widely adopted by the modern countries to select and assess the talent. However, it is also accompanied by the exam cheating that is becoming more and more overflowing and has drawn the widespread concern of the society. The public trust on government and the system of social honesty and trust will be hard to be established without eradicating the exam cheating. In order to urge people pay attention to this issue, this essay dwells on the necessity and feasibility of containing exam cheating by regulating the exam with legislation.
