图书流通是图书馆为读者提供服务的最基本途径,其管理工作的质量直接影响着图书馆价值的实现。针对图书流通过程中藏书管理、软硬件管理和馆员管理环节中存在的问题,提出解决对策,对做好图书流通管理工作有一定裨益作用。

Books circulation is the most basic means to provide service to readers. The quality of its management directly affects the realization of library＇s value. The article systematically analyses the problems lying in three key links of the process of books circulation： books storing management, software and hardware management and librarians＂ management, puts forward the solution and probes into how to do the books circulation management better.
