English learning may be a headache in some sense to Chinese learners, and many students just can speak a mute English, so, in order to resolve this crux we are commended to change the conventional teaching mode and to design a new and opening teaching mode. An effective way to reform English teaching has been proposed in this paper, which is the use of multimedia.
