关于为新疆高等院校预留发展空间的思考

On Thought of the Development Space Reserved in Colleges and Universities in Xinjiang

新疆高等教育规模扩张迅速,绝大多数高校面临校园面积短缺的窘境。为顺应高等教育大众化的趋势,新疆在统筹乌昌经济一体化的进程中,应为高等院校预留发展空间。

The party committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region applied the strategical decision of economic integration of Urumqi and Changji city. This policy created a brand new model for the regional government cooperation. This paper mainly expatiate the functional actuality of the economic integration of Urumqi and Changji city. Moreover, this paper also table some constructive proposals and solutions to the course of integration.
