摘要
通过对新疆地方财政收入风险、支出风险和赤字风险的分析,初步得出新疆地方财政已经潜伏着风险的结论。对此,应引起高度重视,否则,后患无穷。
Through the analysis of local fiscal revenues,expenditure risk and deficit risk of Xinjiang,this paper so obvious drew the conclusion that Fiscal risk of local finance of Xinjiang already latent,it must cause our great attention, otherwise, will have endless trouble.
