A digital library is the one that is based on the Intemet and whose data and all the business are digitized. At present all the countries in the world are trying to establish digital libraries, some of which have already been on line. They will play a key role in computers of the next generation. The establishment of digital libraries is the inevitable trend for the development of today＇s libraries. All the Infant Normal Colleges should keep up with the times and try to do well in the construction of the digital libraries.
