摘要
第一代坦克炮塔方向机的甩炮塔现象容易造成对坦克乘员和其他部件的损伤。研究其产生的原因非常必要。通过分析出现的问题,从设计上找出了原因。甩炮塔的主要原因是:炮塔方向机的摩擦离合器摩擦力矩不够,方向机的蜗轮蜗杆不自锁。提出了防止产生甩炮塔的措施,并对改进的第二代、第三代炮塔方向机如何防止甩炮塔进行了分析。
Throwing turret phenomena of traversing mechanism of 1st generation tank often cause some damages to tank crew and other parts or components. It is necessary to find out its cause. By means of analysis of existed problems, from the point of view of design, causes are found out. Main causes of throwing turret are: friction torque of friction clutch of turret traversing mechanism is not enough, and worm gear and worm of traversing mechanism are not self-locking. Preventive measures of throwing turret are proposed, and methods to prevent from throwing turret of traversing mechanism of improved 2nd or 3rd generation tank are analyzed.
