概述了自韧氮化硅陶瓷技术的最新进展，并对影响柱状氮化硅陶瓷原位形成的因素及影响自韧氮化硅陶瓷断裂韧性的因素进行了分析。
Recent progress in technology of self-toughening Si3N4 ceramics was surveyed.The effect factors on the in-situ formation of elongated grains and the fracture tougheness of self-toughening Si3N4 were analyzed.
