用最优控制理论设计双作用叶片泵定子曲线 被引量:4

AN OPTIMIZATION DESIGN APPROACH OF STATOR CONTOUR CURVES FOR DOUBLE-ACTING VANE PUMP

摘要 将最优控制理论应用于双作用叶片泵定子过渡曲线的设计中,提出了一个主要考虑叶片泵寿命、振动与噪声的性能指标泛函,通过计算获得了在该性能指标下的最优过渡曲线,与高次方多项式过渡曲线相比,使得引起泵振动和噪声的度跃动值下降了18%。 Optimal control theory is applied to design of contour curves of stator transition zone for a double-acting vane pump.In order to improve characteristics of the pump,a performance index function is proposed in consideration of service life,vibration and noise.An optimal contour curve is obtained from calculation by using Pontryagin's Minimum Principle.The calculated results show that the novel contour curve can effectively decrease the shock and noise in comparison with that designed by polynomial method.It makes a vane pump run at enhanced speed and pressure.Significant improvements are also made in other aspects.Some parameters in the performance index can be adjusted to satisfy special requirements of double-acting vane pump of high performance.
