Theoretical basis and approach to preserve and increase values of rural endowment insurance funds are explored in the aspects of choosing objectives of investment, establishing specialized financial agencies, determining the fields of investment, introducing the major elements of assets construction, financial departments participating in operation and management of the funds, establishing the organizations to supervise the funds, undertaking professional management, setting up a perfect law system.
