浅析我国义务教育财政分配的不公平

教育财政的分配状况对各地区教育水平的高低有着直接的影响,特别是在义务教育阶段,教育财政的公平分配对普及义务教育和提高教育水平尤为重要。当前我国正处于社会转型时期,教育公平作为社会公平的底线,对于社会稳定有着巩固和调节作用。根据国际通行的原则和标准来衡量,我国教育财政分配的公平性较低,且有进一步恶化的趋势,这一问题应该引起有关方面的重视。

In the stage of compulsory education, the arrangement of financial fund has great influence in gaining ground and improving the level of education quality. Following the international principle and standard, it seems the equity of the China financial fund especially in education is still at a low level and has a trend of worsening.
