摘要
基于阿马蒂亚.森的能力贫困论,针对我国农民教育权利贫困的现状,分析了农民教育权利贫困、能力贫困与农村长期贫困的内在关系,并结合韩国农民教育的经验,提出解决我国农村长期贫困问题应关注农民教育权利的实现,以期为我国农村脱贫提供借鉴。
Based on the theory of capability poverty and aiming at the actualities of farms' educational rights poverty, the article indicates the inherent mechanism of the farmers' educational rights poverty, capability poverty and the rural sustainable poverty. Combing with farmers' education experience in South Korea, this article brings forward the counter - measures of the rural sustainable poverty in order to supply experience for reference.
