摘要
社会的发展大大提高了对人才质量的要求,只有具备良好的素质和优良专业本领的人才能适应21世纪的新挑战。文章遵循教育成才规律,根据中国加入WTO后对人才的需求,对我国高校教育存在的封闭型、知识型、共性化、一统化问题提出了解决的对策。
The development of society has improved the requirement of talents＇ quality. Only talents with good quality and excellent expertise can meet the needs of 21st century. Therefore, we have to improve our teaching method to help students adjust themselves to the new requirements.
