摘要
优化人际关系,构建和谐大学,有利于建设和谐社会,适应时代发展需要;有利于发挥组织功能,增加高校办学效益;有利于促进师生发展,实现学校管理目标。高校应探索优化人际关系,构建和谐大学的新思路:坚持以人为本,建立共同愿景;弘扬传统文化,发展健全人格;加强人际沟通,推崇诚信友爱;倡导心置互换,化解人际矛盾;提高管理素养,优化环境管理。
To optimize human relations so as to build a harmonious university is beneficial to building up a harmonious society and adapting to demands of the epochal development, to giving play to organizational functions and increasing benefits of running a university, and to promoting faculty members＇ and students＇ developments and fulfilling the university＇s management target. The university should make inquiries of a new train of thought about how to optimize human relations and construct a harmonious university.
