摘要
受中国传统文化的影响,海外华商在人际关系上讲究的是“以和为贵”。主要表现在:他们注意保持企业内部和谐的人际关系;通过海外华商网络,他们拥有良好的企业外部人脉圈;作为外来迁入人员,他们能和本地人保持良好的族际关系;同时,通过各项活动,他们还与当地政府保持着良好的关系。
Influenced by Chinese traditional culture, overseas Chinese businessmen regard harmony as fundamentality in interpersonal relationship. It can be mainly shown in the following aspects: firstly they pay attention to keeping the harmonious interpersonal relationship inside enterprises; meanwhile through the overseas Chinese businessmen 's network, they have developed good relation with people outside enterprise; and as immigrants, they can get along well with the native; furthermore, through many activities, they still keep the good relation with the local government.
