从人类与自然关系的历史嬗变出发,总结分析了世界人口的迅猛增长与环境恶化的态势,认为当代人口迫切需要与自然界保持和谐统一的关系,人口与自然的和谐统一成了社会和谐发展的迫切要求:人们的自然观必须由“征服论”向“协调论”转化,必须坚持以人为本和全面、协调、可续发展的科学发展观,建立人口、经济、社会与自然和谐一致的新秩序。

The text reviews the evolvement history of relationship between human and nature, analyzes the situation of speedy increase of world population and deteriorating environment, holds that to keep the harmonious relation between human and nature is the exigent requirement of building up a harmonious society, and the natural concept of conquestism should be transformed to harmonism.
