试论文学在以人为本的大学生思想政治教育中的作用

Role of literature in people-first college students' ideological and political education

分析了大学生在接受思想政治教育过程中的心理特点和相应的文学特点,指出了文学对于坚持以人为本,提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性、亲和力和吸引力起着不可替代的作用。要充分发挥文学的思想政治教育作用:一是要通过文学的介入以增强思想政治理论课的实效性;二是要培养大学生的文学分析能力以提高其政治觉悟;三是要运用文学的语言、情感魅力开拓校园文化建设、心理健康教育等有效途径。

College students＇ psychological characteristics when accepting ideological and political education are analyzed, and it is pointed out that literature plays an exlusive role in putting people-first, making clear the aims for college students＇ ideological and political education, enhancing its compatibility and attraction. In order to give full play to the role of literature in ideological and political education, the practical efficiency of ideological and political theory course should be improved through participation of literature, and college students＇ literature analysis ability should be fostered to enhance their political consciousness, meanwhile the charm of literature in language and feeling should be utilized to develop campus culture and psychological health education.
